ECRAMI assets worth 14 billion EGP: Chairman |
EGYPT : The Egyptian Company for Real Estate Assets Management and Investment (ECRAMI), owns assets valued at 14 billion EGP (US $ 2.032226 billion), spread over five million cubic meters, Chairman of the company Mahmoud Hegazi announced on Wednesday.
“Such areas are suitable for establishing a number of investments including housing, commercial and entertainment projects,” Hegazi said during a meeting with the Construction Committee of the Egyptian Businessmen Association (EBA), headed by Hussein Sabour.
During the meeting, Hegazi previewed samples of lands owned by ECRAMI, and offered for sale for potential investments.
ECRAMI, owned by Banque Misr and the National Bank of Egypt, possesses land in 24 governorates, including a million meters in Alexandria, 820, 000 meters in Cairo and 385,000 in Giza, according to Hegazi.
