Gouda’s remarks came during his speech at the 18th conference of “Solving the State’s Budget Deficit and Improving the Economic Situation”, held at Ain Shams University on Saturday.
Salah Gouda also demanded that the constitutional committee give the CAO the power of referring all violations to the Attorney General, but “I found them [committee members] shaking their heads, arguing that they will respond with official papers.”
